Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Intensive after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute.
In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Small Business Big Marketing by email (nicole@smallbusinessbigmarketing.com).
A refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of $110 including GST will be made for cancellations made on or before 10th August 2010. No refunds will be made after that date.
