Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Intensive after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute.

In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Small Business Big Marketing by email (

A refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of $110 including GST will be made for cancellations made on or before 10th August 2010. No refunds will be made after that date.

Delegates are advised that when registering for the Intensive and booking travel that a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover or any other accident of any kind.
