Today’s productivity tool to make your life a whole lot easier is Appear.in.
Now, this tool can be used for creating a meeting with just about anyone, anywhere.
You don’t need to install any software on your computer. All you need is a web browser.
You don’t have to install anything or log in, all you need to do is to pick a room name.
So, for example I could go Appear.In/dailymeeting and instantly I’ve now got a URL that I can send to someone. I can email it to them, I could send it on Facebook Messenger or a text message. Perhaps they could click on it and now we are in a virtual meeting.
So, you can be using this for team members, for sales presentations that you might be having, even team meetings. and you can have up to 8 people in a virtual meeting at any one time.
There’s all sorts of applications for this and it doesn’t matter whether someone is on a Mac or a PC or they’re on a tablet device. All they need is a browser and they can be having a conversation.
It is the fastest and easiest way that I know to create a video conference or a video meeting with anyone, anywhere.
