I can’t believe how many websites I visit that don’t make it easy for me to find their contact details. It happens all too often. I find a small business where their products/services catch my eye and I want to email, phone and/or maybe even pay them a visit but guess what!? It’s really hard to find their contact details.

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Here are 3 things you can do to make it easier for people to contact you:

#1. Make sure that the phone number is in the top right-hand corner of the website. Everyone looks for it there!

#2. Have your phone, email and address in the footer of your site.

#3. Have a “contact us” page and have all your details there! Include your phone, address, email, opening hours, map and even directions to get to you!

I know we sometimes laugh about these sorts of things but often the simplest ways to get a website working, is to just do the basics! Too many people miss the basics in my opinion. So go ahead, and make your contact details easy to find.
