Fantastic episode, Timbo! I will definitely be listening to the full interviews to and from my shop over the next few days. I found myself saying, “Yes!” throughout this whole podcast, but there were 2 things that particularly resonated with me. First, I loved how Mia Freedman talked about how being lengthy in your marketing can be a strength when your audience is primarily women because we tend to communicate that way. Brevity is not my strong suit, therefore this is great news to me and makes a lot of sense!
I also really clicked with what Naomi Simpson had to say. She mentioned that her business looks a lot different today than it did when she first started out. I’ve continually tweaked mine too and my business model is different than it was when I first opened my shop. I feel it’s finally become what I want it to be. That said, when you make big changes it can be really easy to second guess yourself, so hearing it from someone who has several successful years behind her was really reassuring.
Jolie, I love just how much you took from this episode. You’ve made my day. I’m also loving your contributions and the energy you bring to the Forum. Keep on growing. Cheers … Timbo.
Loved this episode Timbo,
great to get the snackable content and highlights from some amazing women, kicking some amazing goals. Bring on more like it 🙂
Thanks Karl. Will try to. These eps are a lot more involved than the normal ones. But I agree, they are very snackable!
